8. Google API Services – User Data Policy
SanitizeMail's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.
Specific Scope Usage:
- Google Sheets Read-Only Access (.../auth/spreadsheets.readonly): This permission is used strictly to allow you to select and import your existing email lists from your Google Sheets account into our platform for verification. We only access the files you explicitly select.
- Google Sheets Full Access (.../auth/spreadsheets): This permission is required to create a new spreadsheet in your account containing your verified and "cleaned" results. We use this to generate the results file and format the data for your immediate use. We do not edit, modify, or delete any of your pre-existing files.
Data Handling & Privacy Protections:
- No Data Selling: We do not share or sell any data obtained through Google APIs to third-party tools, ad platforms, or data brokers.
- No Human Review: SanitizeMail staff does not access or read your Google Spreadsheet data. Processing is entirely automated.
- AI/ML Disclosure: We do not use any data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, train, or improve generalized AI and/or Machine Learning models.
- Limited Storage: We do not store your Google account credentials. Access tokens are encrypted and used only for the specific manual actions (Import/Export) you trigger.
