Verification Status Definitions
When we verify an email, we assign a specific status code based on our 9-step validation process. Here is exactly what each result means for your mailing list.
| Status Code | Meaning | Technical Checks | Recommended Action |

| Valid | The email address exists and is ready to receive messages. |

Safe to Send |
| Invalid | The mailbox does not exist or the address has a typo. |
|
Remove / Block |
| No MX Found | The domain exists (e.g. google.com) but is not configured to receive email. |

| Connection Error | The mail server is online but rejected our connection (Firewall/Greylist). |
